Pro\u010d? Dle historek si jednoho dne vyrazila man\u017eelka Klementa Gottwalda koupit oplatky, ale \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 nesehnala. A p\u0159esn\u011b tento incident vedl k&nbsp;na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed KS\u010c ud\u011blit licenci na jejich v\u00fdrobu v\u0161em, kdo si o ni za\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1.V&nbsp;dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b se oplatky vyr\u00e1b\u00ed ze speci\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 mouky, vaje\u010dn\u00fdch \u017eloutk\u016f, vody, oleje a \u0161krobu. Proto\u017ee maj\u00ed vlhkost pouh\u00e1 2 % mus\u00ed p\u0159ij\u00edt na \u0159adu proces vlhnut\u00ed ve speci\u00e1ln\u00edch m\u00edstnostech.
